ONA was founded in 2019 by Luca Pronzato, sommelier and restaurateur, previously working at NOMA Copenhagen to gather a community of food creatives around unique and contemporary experiences.
We Are ONA was born from the traditional fine dining scene, with the desire to explore innovative ways of creating extraordinary experiences for their guests.
‘ONA’ means ‘wave’ in Catalan. It describes this new movement that aims to bring freedom and opportunities to youngs talents and allow them to express their creativity.
