Nadia Sammut
ChefCook and entrepreneur Nadia Sammut now runs La Fenière in Lourmarin, the family auberge created by her grandmother. A true explorer of taste, she turned it into the first Michelin-starred gluten-free restaurant.
Nadia kept carrying her mother’s spirit in Cadenet, where she shares her gluten-free cuisine through original creations such as her revisited version of the “Paris-Brest” made with squash flour and almond juice. Nadia also shares her experience and advises and consults for chefs and artisans interested in gaining knowledge and experiment with wheat-free cooking.
