Adam Boon
ChefAdam Boon is a British chef who was inspired to cook as he grew up around the deep heritage of London culture and the origins of his family. From Locanda Locatelli to L’Enclume, to Sweden and America, he has always strived to learn from the best and to develop a mixed and thoughtful approach to gastronomy. He was at the head of a dynamic and eclectic restaurant, The Laughing Heart, which tried to define and place a London taste that was both accessible and refined, before moving to Paris to learn and experience more in the culinary capital.
