ChefAt 23, Sertaç has spent almost two years in Copenhagen, working in prestigious restaurants such as 108, affiliated to Noma, and Amass, known for its zero waste philosophy.
He was named Young Chef of the Year 2022 by Observer Food Monthly and was recognised by Code Hospitality in its 30 under 30 list. TV appearances on shows such as MOB Kitchen and Saturday Kitchen, as well as coverage in Time Out in 2022, have confirmed his rise in the culinary world.
