Romain Tischenko
ChefRomain Tischenko started cooking very early in his native Normandy. He dragged his knives all over France: the Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice, the Grand Hotel in Saint Jean de Luz and at William Ledeuil at Ze Kitchen Gallery in Paris where he was second for 2 years. He decides to participate in the first season of Top Chef in 2010, which he wins.
In the process, he set up his restaurant Le Galopin then the Cave à Michel, Paris 10th, where he delighted Parisians with his bistronomic cuisine for ten years.
