Antoine Villard was Bertrand Grébaut’s second at Septime restaurant for three years. After a long trip to Asia, he was the chef of the Double Dragon restaurant where he will remain for two years.
More recently, chef Antoine Villard has been in residence at Le Grand Amour for nearly two months, working with a spotlight on vegetables at the centre of the plate.
Antoine recently went to New York to do a 3-month residency at Fulgurances.
