For this exceptional pop-up, WE ARE ONA, Luca Pronzato and Manar Abu Dhabi will be working with
chef Solemann Haddad Head Chef and owner of Michelin starred and Middle East and North Africa’s
50 Best Restaurants’ listed Moonrise.

In the dark of night, two landmarks stand out: fire and stars.
This concept pays homage to the ancestral art of outdoor cooking, a ritual as old as humanity itself,
where flame and smoke serve as the earliest instruments of transformation.

Nomads cook underground and journey beneath the open sky. Their movements, their orientation, and
their chosen places of rest have long been guided by the constellations above and the embers below.
Fire anchors them; stars lead them onward.

Guests will gather within a monumental smoke dome, a contemporary interpretation of the earth oven.
Seated in a circle around its core, they will experience the convergence of two worlds: the primal and
the modern, the ephemeral and the timeless.
