For Art Basel Miami Beach 2025, WE ARE ONA presents a new immersive culinary installation in
collaboration with Sabine Marcelis, uniting design, gastronomy, and art in a four-day experience hosted
at Andaz Miami Beach from December 1st to 4th, 2025.
Curated by Luca Pronzato, founder of WE ARE ONA, this edition brings together two creative forces: Chef
José Andrés, the globally celebrated Spanish-American chef and humanitarian, and Designer Sabine
Marcelis, acclaimed for her luminous and material-driven approach to form. Together, they will
transform the dining space into a sculptural and sensorial environment where food, light, and stone
converge in harmony.
For this Miami Beach edition, Sabine Marcelis has collaborated with SolidNature for the tables and Bocci
for the lamps - creating a cohesive setting that reflects her mastery of light, materiality, and
atmosphere.
