For this pop-up in Mexico, WE ARE ONA proposed a yearlong chef residency restaurant.

Located on the rooftop terrace of Hotel Círculo Mexicano, the venue offered breathtaking views of the Capital for guests to enjoy.

Each chef was brought in for one month and invited to combine French cuisine and techniques with local Mexican ingredients.
