In 2020, he participated in the eleventh season of the show and culinary contest, Top Chef on M6. That same year, he was named one of the five most promising chefs in the world by the La Liste ranking.
On September 1, 2020, Mory Sacko opens MoSuke, its first restaurant in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. Passionate about Japan and its culture, he prepares and highlights a cuisine that he defines as plural and inventive with a mixture of French, African and Japanese influences.
In January 2021, he was awarded the 2021 Michelin Guide and won his first star.
