In June 2019, WE ARE ONA stopped by Switzerland in alignment with Art Basel, opening a pop-up in a former water reservoir.
Standing by the idea of providing young chefs with a platform to experiment with their creativity and express their freedom, this pop-up hosted chefs Thibaut Marlin and Clement Guernalec.
All was thought through following a strong sustainable vision : nose-to-tail approach, foraged ingredients, and local seasonal produce, cooked over an open fire.
