WE ARE ONA came back to Mexico City with a new extended chef residency, once again located in one of the city’s trendiest hotels, Condesa DF, remodelled by Iranian-French architect and designer India Mahdavi.

For this second edition, WE ARE ONA created a rotating international Chef Residency, hosting one permanent, local chef, paired with different chefs over the course of several months.

Every six weeks, ONA Mexico invited a new foreign chef to cook with local chef Francisco Guzmán, as they would then collaborate and create together a menu combining both cultural backgrounds.
