In the Summer 2021, WE ARE ONA launched a new concept in Turkey: a 5 months long chef-residency in a dreamy location by the sea, promoting young talents and supporting up and coming F&B industry professionals, in proper WE ARE ONA fashion.
For the occasion, a beach house was built on the coast, facing the Greek Islands of Leros and Kalimnos.
Operating as a bar by day and pop-up restaurant by night, the residency successively welcomed young local and international chefs. Each of them would create their own menu and head the pop-up kitchen for a week, after which they would work a second week running private dinners in the neighbouring Villas.
