Christian Kanstrup Pedersen is a Danish chef who had extensive culinary experience in fine dining, as part of the team of two Michelin-starred restaurants in Denmark:
Chef de Partie at Me|Mu and Sous-chef at Domæne.
He also pursued part of his young career in France as Head Chef of the Pure & V
(1 Michelin Star) in Nice.
He currently operates as the chef at the néo-bistro called Les Jeunes in Viborg, and likes to offer simple but tasty dishes made with carefully selected ingredients and impeccable presentation.
