In the fall 2019, WE ARE ONA brought in a new original concept to the French capital : a breakfast and teatime only pop-up in a rooftop apartment transformed into a temporary restaurant overlooking the Paris skyline.

An exciting project, once again challenging the pop-up restaurant scene and format, while bringing together young creative industry talents.

For this project, pastry chefs Charlotte Billecoq and Michael Watson had created a breakfast and teatime menu featuring over 10 courses, to be served along with coffee by award winning coffee brewer Pierre de Chaterac.
