In December 2022, WE ARE ONA took over a historic industrial Garage in the heart of Le Marais.

For this edition, we worked in collaboration with the champagne house MUMM, developing an immersive, fine-dining, sensory experience, with a focus on light and sound design thanks to the participation of artist Paul Créange.
Chef Thomas Chisolm proposed a modern and innovative dinner menu, paired with a selection of Champagnes by Mumm.
