Zachary is a chef from Ontario.
He used to work at the Lawrence, one of the best restaurants in Montreal, where he learned to cook the products “from head to tail”.
He then moved to Paris where he joined the kitchens of Frenchie To Go, chef Grégory Marchand’s take-out canteen.
His specialty is homemade pastrami.
Zachary has fulfilled his dream, he opened his restaurant, Cléo in Paris and offers a very cosmopolitan cuisine inspired by his origins.
