Atsuhsi Tanaka
ChefJapanese chef Atsushi Tanaka*, without formal education, embarked on a dream-filled culinary journey. Over a decade, he explored various cuisines in Japan, including bistro, gastro, Italian, and French, with notable stints at Pierre Gagnaire, Quique Dacosta, Pastorale, Sergio Herman, and Slius.
Influenced by diverse European techniques, Tanaka’s cuisine blends molecular, Nordic, and French classicism. At his Restaurant A.T., opened in 2014, he continues to captivate Parisian palates with progressive, artistic, and dynamic dishes. Forbes recognized it as “one of the 12 coolest places to eat in 2015.” and was rewarded by its first Michelin Star in 2022.
