Join us in the heart of Zermatt, where young chefs, sommeliers and waiters from all over Europe create a unique mountain experience with dishes to share using products from around Valais paired with real wines from Switzerland’s and Europe’s finest small producers.
ONA Zermatt is a wedding between a Norwegian and a Swiss chef. Thomas Haugstvedt and Yann Mantelli are exploring products from the region and creating new dishes daily – some cooked over an open fire in the snow, – respecting the lifecycle of every ingredient.
The ONA team redesigned the dining room at the rex with handpicked materials from the mountains, creating a minimalist atmosphere unlike any other dining experience in Zermatt.
