ONA’s take on Breakfast and Teatime was set in Paris, in a rooftop apartment overlooking an exquisite Parisian view. L’Appart’s guests were immersed in one of the coolest culinary experiences, with exceptional food, cocktails and natural wines. L’Appart was open from September 27th to October 7th.
The head chefs were Charlotte Billecoque, Ferrandi Culinary School alumni and Francois Daubinet protegé and Michael Watson, ex. In de Wulf and ex. Pasture. The team created a unique tasting menu for our guests, with Bastien Fidellin, ONA’s resident wine connoisseur, managing the project.
Pierre de Chaterac, the current French Brewers champion poured the coffee and, after each meal, guests enjoyed the view with cocktails created by Alexandra Purcaru. Alexandra is the creative mind behind Art Cocktail Club and beverage director of Selva, that opened in Oaxaca earlier this year.
L’Appart coincided with Paris Fashion Week and we filled every seat in our beautiful Parisian apartment.
