ONA has a team of 4 young chefs at TAG the Hotel (The Art Gate), in Lisbon’s Chiado neighbourhood, creating an incredible tasting menu with foraged and local products from around the region.
Patricia Pombo from ONA at the Beach (Caparica) is back, guiding a new team of young chefs, to create a refreshing mix of art and cuisine.
Guests will be able to enjoy art curated by Leonor Carrilho, and Joana Valsassina, as Micael Duarte (ex Prado) and Iñaki Bolumburu (ex Nerua) head the kitchen. Together with Mariana Schmidt (ex Mugaritz) and Edgar Bettencourt (ex Estrela da Bica), they have crafted an incredible tasting menu, using the best regional and local produce.
